When the company falls short of those expected results, extreme measures should be taken to make it right and not just apologize for no results

In the presentation I was told that it would take about 4 months to generate good organic traffic that would turn into sales by month 5 & 6. Well, a little over 5 months and the last data showed we were way behind on any substantial uptick in traffic and we had ZERO sales. $10,000 invested and nothing to show for it with not much hope on the horizon as my account advisor basically said 'sometimes things don't work out.' Their content is good and they were kind enough to let me get out of the contract without a fee. I don't have an opinion about them either way anymore but just stating the facts which I hope help with your decision .. Good Luck!

Avena Botanicals makes herbal products using fresh, organic & Biodynamic® herbs. We believe that these vital plants and a sacred connection to place promote wellness of the body, mind, and spirit and encourage humans to be mindful and loving stewards of the Earth. Our herbs are hand-harvested in the spirit of joy and immediately processed in our on-site production facility in Rockport, Maine.

All of our herbal products are hand-crafted and will always be made in this artisanal way. After over three decades in business, we remain committed to offering the highest quality, traditionally-crafted herbal products possible.

It's been an absolute joy to work with Phylis at SmartSites in recent months. She manages our PPC ads adeptly and is constantly fine-tuning and optimizing to help us see the greatest return. If there is an opportunity for helping us achieve our sales goals with different digital advertising approaches, she suggests it.

Should a problem arise with how ads interface with our website, she's on top of it and recommending solutions to me or offering someone who can assist from her team. Her demeanor is always positive, supportive, and professional. I hope to count on her and SmartSites for a long time to come!
