At first, a survey was conducted to gather company background, product information, target markets, etc. Next, accounts were established on various Google Business platforms, social media, etc. Then SmartSites created the ads and campaigns, and we were off and running in just a few weeks.

The Project Manager was responsible for all aspects of the account. They were helpful to answer any question and to carefully explain the process and metrics. Answers and reports were timely and relevant.

Their level of knowledge was impressive. Their responsiveness was excellent, and they were delightful to work with.

I would have liked to see more research and conclusions in the data to drive course corrections.

Most agencies i've worked with in the past i've been made to feel unimportant and undervalued. What makes SmartSites stand out to me is the transparent and open communication style and personal touch.

She is willing to meet with us as frequently as we desire and has helped our company stay ahead of SEO in our industry.

Without Kelley at smartsites, who knows how far behind we may have gotten. Their team was slow and steady to make sure to get our content and branding right and it has been a pleasure to work with the people at smartsites. They are all more than willing to do what is necessary to make your company succeed.

It seems like sometimes the company doesnt have the same exact people doing the nitty gritty work which makes it difficult to see consistent work. However, our project manager Kelley has worked hard to reserve specific members of smartsites to our company so that we can receive consistent work.

Our site traffic, ROAS, and order value has all increased exponentially since they took over our account last year.

Rich is extremely responsive to my every request, which can be a lot sometimes. He allows me to be heavily involved in the process and never makes me feel like I'm overstepping. If I don't understand something, he is wonderful about explaining all the details to me. He leaves no stone unturned when it comes to advertising for our business and keeps me very informed on any updates in a timely fashion.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their knowledge, efficiency, dedication, and responsiveness have all been far above my expectations. The working relationship between myself and my analyst, Rich, could not be a better match. He knows I'm a control-freak and he doesn't fault me for it. I know he's great at his job and I never question his insight or recommendations. It is a win-win.

The only regret I have about Rich and the SmartSites Team is not having switched to them sooner. I have not a single complaint. They're absolutely great at what they do and I trust them 100%!

To this point, much of the work has been keyword research and strategy recommendations in shared spreadsheets. They use ActiveCollab for project management which provides the visibility we need to work effectively with them. The team is very good about keeping each element of the project up to date.

We worked with an account manager, and since the project began, we have worked exclusively with our project manager.

Not yet -- we are still a very young company and early in the campaign. We have pivoted our strategy as a business and SmartSites has been responsive and adaptable as we evolve.

Excellent. Brianna is our project manager. She is responsive via email and always happy to get on a call. Our project is up to date every morning with progress.

The point of contact is usually the difference maker in a partnership like this. Our project manager is one of the best we've worked with. The team's work has been helpful and proactive, and she is the driving force.

Our previous website was lacking all the functionality of a modern website and we needed a partner to help us create our vision. The project took approximately 4 months to complete, and we are still working with SmartSites to this day to keep our website up to date with data/photo updates as well as marketing (SEO and PPC).

Several people at SmartSites. We have a Project Manager, a PPC Director, a CRO Operations Manager, and we have worked directly with the owners of the company. Every person at SmartSites has always been very responsive and helpful with any request we have.

When we initially launched our website with SmartSites we did not have many sales (as we expected) since it was the beginning of our new website, but as the website continued to get stronger and more recognition we have been able to exceed all of our sales expectations.

The most impressive thing about SmartSites is their ability to actually do what they say and do it very well. We worked with other website development companies in the past who would promise all these great things, but would never follow through. However, in the first month of working with SmartSites we saw their attention to detail, how they would quickly respond to our questions, and how they would actually complete the tasks effectively.

Not at all. I do not have any complaints. In today's day and age, it is quite difficult to find a company that is reliable and trustworthy. But with SmartSites, you definitely get that and much more.

The landing page has just gone live less than a week, so we are waiting on improvement of our Google Ad and landing page traffic.

I was very impressed with Haadi Khatibloo's due diligence. We have made several changes to the landing page after it went live and he made the changes right away! I can tell it's important to him that we have a great product that we are happy with.

Haadi did a great job being the go-between between their design and programming teams and our team at TeamFunded. He was always in my in-box with the correct new tweaks we presented. I am still in the deciding stage on the website team and will do a separate review for them.
