We hired smartSense to develop our MVP. They helped with everything from fine tuning design and wireframes to product management to development. We sought a marketable and scalable solution to launch our startup. smartSense built our MVP from scratch. In addition to all development, the team helped with UI/ UX design, product management, our marketing website and QA testing.

They are incredibly professional and reliable and I’ve been impressed time and again by their team culture and how involved all members are. Over several months I also feel like I’ve gotten to know the team well and am comfortable trusting them with my largest and most important projects. It was important to us that smartSense build our MVP that can scale over time. We appreciated that they considered environment security while setting up infrastructure and architecture.

Project management was excellent. They delivered on time and proactively communicated. The team brought in additional resources where they thought it made sense, even if not originally in scope. They also made valuable suggestions to improve the product.

Communication across time zones and formats was seamless. At the beginning of the project we met 5x/ weekly and scaled back to 2x/ weekly + as needed calls to make sure everyone's time was used effectively. Timelines were always met and there were no surprises along the way.

The platform is finished, and the apps are available on the app store for customers. We signed our first client after the initial version of the platform was built.

Before working, the team ensured the priorities for each sprint, making sure everything was clear. Their process suited us because we’re also a startup.

Starting their work earlier in the day would be beneficial. Their team was willing to make that adjustment.
