I found them on upwork, pricing and reviews were my deciding factor. And I dont regret it.

I provided the work via photoshop and gave a description of how I wanted the visual components to integrate into the wordpress environment. I got a pingback of an hourly estimate and time of completion. The work was completed on a testserver, from which I gave feedback. After 1/2 rounds of feedback we were ready to implement the finished project.

We have not measured the exact outcome but our visual upgrades over the years have accounted for a huge increase in traffic and conversion.

Simple, to the point. My experience with these kind of projects is usually not very positive in terms of deadlines and budget. But they do a very good job!

My website was not converting well because of bad usability. That is why I needed a new UX/UI to be implemented by SmartClick. Moreover a new API for 3D online configurators had to be integrated.

I was searching for a web agency on several platforms. I already worked together with another web agency but had to quit the project because of quality issues. SmartClick totaly understood my needs from the beginning. Their offer was very good because of their good understanding. The price-performance ratio was very good.

I delivered a UX/UI mockup in Figma to be implemented based on my existing website. The used technologies were HTML5, JavaScript, PHP, Zurb Foundation, Yii2, three.js and APIs to a manufacturing provider and online configurator platform.

The first step was to create a new 3D configurator for smartphone cases from scratch using the API. Second step was to update the check-out process based on the new UI. As last step the new landing page design was created.

Based on the work of SmartClick the conversion rate improved by 120 %!

The communication in english was very good. They were always available and responded within a very short time. We communicated via Slack and Skype.

I am very happy about the outcome and the price-performance ratio. They were perfect for a start-up that needs a conversion rate boost with a low budget.

I did not check the page loading speed before I accepted the service and closed the project. It was not that good, but SmartClick improved it afterwards, beside the project was already finished.

Then, they took over the SEO requests and worked on the improvement of the clients' rankings, online visibility, and together with our set of branding services, we managed to create a vivid and engaging online appearance of the clients.

We worked within deadlines, and SmartClik made sure that all the tasks and activities were completed before the deadline, something which is particularly rare in the business nowadays. The flawless communication, the smooth streamlines workflow, and the results they achieved were more than great.

They make sure they deliver the promised results, and if a problem pops up, they immediately find solutions on how to get rid of it by minimalizing the damage. Also, their creativity and resourcefulness is a whole another level.

Of course everything can always be done better; however, the results from our collaboration were excellent, and all our clients were satisfied, so I guess what they do genuinely works. Perhaps there is room for growth in terms of dealing with several big projects at the same time, but this doesn't limit their capabilities; on the contrary, challenges them even more.

Milan was fast, accurate and efficient with every task assigned to him, even making suggestions as to how we could achieve better results by making small changes to the approach we had asked for. We could not have hoped for a better experience and have chosen to maintain the relationship with Smartclick for future front end development requirements.

Both I and our in-house non-technical project manager collaborated to manage the project. Milan and team were responsive and we got everything done much quicker than anticipated.

They’re based in Macedonia, so they usually have things ready for us at the start of our workday. We communicate via email.

Their adaptability is what differentiates them. SmartClick is capable of moving between the email and WordPress blog projects. Email is a difficult area because technologies are often very archaic and require various hacks and workarounds. When we send them a problem, they find a way to fix it.

Sometimes their work isn’t perfect the first time around and requires multiple rounds of feedback. However, this is normal because it’s hard to get your point fully across when you’re working remotely.
