Our website created by smart net Tanzania, SEO, social media management, all art works like posters, wheel covers, stickers, they all designed and printed by them, so my goals is to continue to work with them.

How did you select Smart Net Tanzania and what were the deciding factors?

I saw them online and my friend recommended to them, so I am so luck to have them, because they are open and smart and they deliver the services on time.

I called them and arrange the meeting with the entire team of smart net Tanzania, so they wrote the proposal I red it, obviously it was much convincible and implemented.

They are and using very digital way in doing their services, example THEY have the system that provides daily report on the part of project that has been accomplished, so this reduces the calls to ask them the strait forward of the projects, how do the projects continue.

I worked with three different departments, pop department these guys were busy with website, Digital marketing department, these guys are bus with marketing, like SEO, SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING, website management and finally Graphic designers, here I got the photographers, designers for logo, wheel covers, stickers, therefore I had a full team, and I still working with them.

I see the results though covid 19 affected it much.

Yeah they have to pick phone on time though they deliver the services on time.

I have php developer, content writer, SEO expert and social media manager, I have the couple number of professionals

Since that I have been in first page for 2 years now, example, i am a number one google with keyword TANZANIA SHARING SAFARI, and according to the google search console and analytics report that I do run in my devices there are a lot of keywords that ranked higher in different such engines, from page 1 to 5. Theses guys are really.

We always meet once per month, and for any changes in website we can call each other depending with the problem that I have.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They listen to what the clients need and implement it on time. they are charming and easy to be socialized, they are working 24/7. This thing driven me crazy. But they are hard working.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Yah I think they have to expand the branches to reach more people. And their weakness is they don't pick up the call on time.
