Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the director of marketing at ContourMD, and we’re located in Lenexa, Kansas. We create medical garments for people that have had liposuction or anyone who has shaped their body. I’m in charge of building the company’s websites, creating our ads, and more.

What challenge were you trying to address with Capital Solutions, Corp?

We were looking for a company who could rebuild our website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We provided Capital Solutions with all the information they needed, and we told them how we wanted our WordPress website to look like. They also eliminated all the technical errors we had, but kept all of our existing site structure which includes our data structure and internal listings.

The team now continues to handle our SEO and Google Ads efforts. We’re doing all the content for the site, and they’re focused on getting us high domain authority (DA) backlinks.

We’re working directly with their project manager.

How did you come to work with Capital Solutions, Corp?

I did a lot of research on Google to check the companies who could help us. I looked at the page speed of their companies because that was the most important metric for us. Out of all the companies we saw, Capital Solution had the most impressive page speed — they had a 99 out of 100 page speed score.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $10,000 on the website, and $6,000 on the SEO. We’re going to spend over $10,000 on their ongoing SEO and Google Ads services.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in June 2021, and we continue to collaborate.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Capital Solutions has successfully increased our page speed score to 96 out of 100. With their support, we’ve had record numbers of visitors to our site. On average, we have around 200–800 people who visit our site when I first started. Currently, we have roughly 5,000–6,000 visitors on the site. In fact, last July 28, 2021, we’ve had over 10,000 visitors to our site.

How did Capital Solutions, Corp perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re extremely responsive, so we have a great relationship with them. They communicate well with us to understand what we need, and they provide us with effective solutions that meet our budget. We mainly communicate using email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Capital Solutions produces high-quality services for an extremely competitive price. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I don’t have any complaints about their services. I hand them our projects, and they solve them accordingly.

The return on everything made sense.

I would call or text my account manager and he would create a support ticket for my company if it was something he needed to escalate up the chain from my understanding.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I never felt like I was just some small-time company to them. There were times I had questions and would email because it was late and I'd receive a response I'm assuming soon as my account manager woke up.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not at this time. I've used other companies and didn't really care for the customer service.
