Smarch has been helping with building and integrating a subscription flow with the Recharge app on Shopify.

For what projects/services did your company hire Smarch, and what were your goals?

To make custom a custom subscription flow and subscription management. Which required alot of custom fixes to get it work.

How did you select Smarch and what were the deciding factors?

I got them recommended from a friend, that in combination with a first really good impression with Gabriel the owner made me chose them for the project.

The first step was to investigate if the required subscription flow was even possible with recharge and shopify. And we found out that it was, even though some other firms I spoke with previous to Smarch claimed it was not.

Gabriel and one colleague of him did all the communicating with me, so I didn't have to speak to to that many. They just took care of stuff.

It's been great. Not only did we manage to do things which other claimed impossible. We also did it in a faster time then I expected from researching it.

Whatsapp, Email, google docs. Was an easy vibe all the way through.

Their attention to detail and their comforting approach.

They could have met me 10 weeks earlier haha... jokes aside.

10% increase in average order value on our swedish webshop in just 1 month. This increases the revenue by thousands of €€ in 1 year. Awesome!

It was managed by daily phone calls. We sorted everything out quickly online

The speed of the execution blew us away. Every tasks was completed within few days
