We engaged the team for a complete ground-up redesign and rebuild of our company website in Framer.

Our previous site was dated and didn't reflect the business, so the brief was a full overhaul — new visual identity, structure, copy layout and interactions. They handled the work end-to-end: design, build, responsive behaviour and hand-over of a site we can maintain ourselves in Framer.

Key deliverables:

• Full multi-page marketing website designed and built in Framer, mobile/tablet/desktop responsive
• A clear homepage telling our story — hero, our four service tiers (Guaranteed, Management, Placement, Self-Managed), an "how we operate" section (Operations / Infrastructure / Software) and our 3-step onboarding process
• Dedicated service and company pages (Guaranteed, Management, Placement, Commercial, Pricing, About, Careers, Contact)
• A comparison/savings section benchmarking us against DIY platforms and traditional agents
• Customer testimonial section and clear call-to-action / "book a 15-min call" flows wired to our lead capture
• Full legal/footer suite (Terms, Schedules, Privacy, Complaints, Cookies, etc.)
• Custom animations, transitions and interactive elements throughout
• Consistent brand styling, and a clean handover so our team can update content in Framer going forward

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The rebuild delivered a clear step-change from our previous website:

• Full modern redesign shipped and live — replaced an outdated site with one that properly reflects the business and brand
• Site now clearly presents all four service tiers and routes visitors into our lead-capture / "book a call" flow, giving us a single, trackable conversion path we didn't have before
• Faster, fully responsive experience across mobile, tablet and desktop
• Content is now self-serviceable in Framer, cutting our reliance on developers for updates to near zero

Their project management was strong. They delivered on time and kept things moving throughout, with clear communication at each stage so we always knew where the project stood. They were responsive to our needs and quick to turn around feedback and revisions, staying flexible when we adjusted the brief along the way. Overall a smooth, well-run process from kickoff to launch — easy to work with and reliable on deadlines.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out most was their ability to take a complex, multi-service business and translate it into a clean, intuitive website that actually tells our story. They understood the positioning we were going for and reflected it in the design, structure, and flow. The Framer build quality was excellent (polished animations, fully responsive, fast), and they handed it over in a way our own team can easily maintain. That mix of strong design taste, technical execution, and genuinely getting what we do is what set them apart. They took a complex, multi-service business and turned it into a clean, modern, fast site that finally does our brand justice. Communication was excellent throughout, they hit their deadlines, and they were flexible and responsive whenever we had feedback. The final build is polished, fully responsive, and easy for our team to maintain. A genuinely smooth, professional experience end-to-end — highly recommend!

Are there any areas for improvement or something The Small Square could have done differently?

Honestly, nothing significant — we were very happy with the outcome. If we had to name anything, a bit more upfront guidance on how to keep content updated ourselves in Framer post-launch would have been a nice-to-have, but they were responsive whenever we had questions, so it never became an issue. No real complaints; we'd happily work with The Small Square again.
