Videos and banners came out to be colorful and engaging. After the launch, they performed impressively high CTR. It helped us to increase the amount of installs and retention rate.

We maintained close communication during all stages of the production process. We saw work in progress and were pretty satisfied with what we received in the end.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

A new product video helped us optimize our App Store page and acquire lots of new users. We have also noticed a large increase in the retention rate after the launch of the video.

It was pretty smooth and consistent. The team was always there to answer any of our questions and to show the intermediate results. The project was completed before the deadline.

After we discussed the details of our project SLON’s team immediately started to work on it. They developed 5 concepts for testing hypotheses and reaching the target audience. The team produced 2 filmed creatives in their studio and 3 animated creatives with the help of their in-house motion designer.

The team consisted of a project manager, two art leads, a videographer, graphic and motion designer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Right after we received the ready creatives we launched a test campaign. Creatives performed high CTR and even during the test we got a satisfying increase in installs. Now we continue to successfully use them in current campaigns.

It was a quick project so there was no issue maintaining permanent communication. They understood what we need and performed just great.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

As I mentioned before, we were impressed by their experience in video production. They maintained the research in diet nutrition themselves and generate lots of great ideas. The creatives came out to be colorful and attractive for our audience.

Once we have selected Slon Media as a partner, we have signed the initial agreement. During the first round of work, we have created a scenario for the future movie. The second assignment for Slon Media implied a detailed production plan.

We have enjoyed working with Veronica. We did not have issues at all.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The commercial is yet to be posted on social media. However, everyone within the organization loved the project outcomes and was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of Slon Media's teamwork results.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

There was a lot of collaboration between the OTC Stores, LLC leadership team, and SLON Media. The first project was facilitated by a project manager. While we had some hiccups along with this first round, we managed to complete it. The second project was produced with great detail and on schedule.

Slon Media project manager, Veronica, did a fantastic job. I personally think OTC Stores was outperformed by Veronica. KUDOS! She accounted for every little detail, answered and followed up on every question, made sure that OTC Stores, as a client, is happy and satisfied with the process and results.

We hired SLON Media to film and produce a testimonial video of one of our customers.

They were to assemble a filming crew in NY, arrange a filming location, invite the customer to the set, interview and film them with a set of questions prepared by us, cut the video and spice it up with music, topically relevant stock footage, and motion imagery of the ecommerce software we developed for that client.

What were your goals for this project?

We aimed at creating a unique marketing asset for our team to use as a reference to ascertain our deep expertise in ecommerce software development. Ultimately, the video had to be bright, intriguing, interesting, lively, somewhat funny, and short, yet informative.

We had several companies participate in the selection process, but none of them were close to SLON Media in terms of engagement: they were swift to reply back, attentive to details, and capable of suggesting various options when it came to nuances our project had.

The video is a four-minute testimonial of one of our customers whom we developed a new version of their ecommerce store for. The video is accompanied by colorful themed stock footage and music that both immensely add to the viewer’s feel and intrigue.

The video depicts an interview of our customer with their answers to our off-camera questions about their business and cooperation with our company.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

The great part about SLON Media was that they took charge of the entire project allowing us to focus on our own business rather than having to micromanage and control what they were doing as is sometimes the case with third-party vendors.

The only stage where we had to come into play was the montage as it made more sense for our own design team to compile and provide a set of visual assets to be used in the video, because these visuals depicted the project we ourselve had done for our customer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The video testimonial became an invaluable part of our marketing material collection and is one of the few select assets that we do not hesitate to include in the list of things we send to our prospective clients when they ask for references to showcase our development competencies.

In a timespan of 3 months this video contributed to the closure of 4 deals where expertise akin to the one described by our customer in the video was required.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Given that we could let go up until the montage, the workflow was super effective and saved us a lot of time. The exchange of ideas and feedback was swift as we had a single manager on their team who handled all communication.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I think the most impressive thing about SLON Media is their sense of what the customer wants and the sense of the customer’s style and preferences. It allows them to drastically decrease the amount of time it takes to gather requirements and incorporate customer feedback into the project.

Since beginning our work we attracted more celebrities than we had before. Old stars are more communicable than new popular persons that we wanted to attract before.

We had meetings every week and it was very easy to communicate with all team members, they created really cool process where we as a client feels that don't waste our time on unnecessary things, only work questions in a short time.

SLOM Media's team worked really fast, shared video drafts for review, and were responsive to our feedback. Everything was ready in time.

The quality of video production is what drew my attention at the very beginning. And I still find it most impressive about SLON Media. Also, they know a lot about social media marketing and how different types of video ads perform. So you can get some good advice on how to make your video more attractive and engaging.

Designers could draw 2D characters a little faster. In any case, the priority for us was the quality of work, and the company coped with this perfectly.

People were especially impressed by the live-action demonstration of different fitness exercises. Should I also mention again that this whole exercise and nutrition program is a unique example of diligent work? We and our users are completely delighted with Reshape.

I think the collaboration was great! The communication was very effective. They were always extremely fast with feedback on the progress. Everyone in the team was very concerned with our project and tried to provide the best possible result.

I'm the head of marketing for a development firm. We're a full-stack software development company with a focus on IoT solutions. We have offices in Houston, Los Angeles, and Europe.

We started a global website redesign and wanted to refresh our brand globally. We did all the design and rolled out a new website but needed to bring some more life into our imagery. That's why SLON Media joined the effort to create animations.

They provided us with a set of customizable video footage and animations for use on our website. We include the deliverables on site pages, blogs, webinars, and in different kinds of marketing materials.

We had static imagery and SLON Media animated all of it. With this footage, we actually started producing more compelling blogs. We were in contact with the team lead. He managed the whole team and was in charge of communication with us. We didn’t interact with their other team members directly. We only interacted with the team lead. We provided a scope of activities, task descriptions, and the corrections we needed them to implement. He managed their team from there.

We analyzed quite a lot of local companies, examining many portfolios. SLON Media appealed to us because they had the most impressive portfolio, and after communication with them, we got more proof of their capabilities. Their skills were the main reason we decided to work with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started in January 2020, and the project was complete in July 2020. We received everything we needed but are still in touch for minor corrections. We also plan to collaborate with them again.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Overall, we are really happy with the results and the footage they provided. It perfectly matches our brand and style guide. The animation made our site look better, more convincing, and more visually appealing in the eyes of our customers.

The engagement rate in relation to video footage increased. Site visitors stay on those pages longer to interact with content. We are pretty happy with the results.

How did SLON Media perform from a project management standpoint?

We never ran into any issues together, and they delivered everything on time. Their process was agile with quick turnaround times. They delivered great video footage that aligned with our brand stylebook.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The workflows were managed perfectly. We didn’t have to tell them how to organize, which is a testament to their professionalism and capabilities.
