We approached SLON Media with two project idea's. One was a detailed brief and the other one a more loose guideline of what we would like to achieve and left it up to their creative team to develop it further. Next was the storyboard faze where we reviewed the final looks of the videos before they were animated. Then the video's were finished and sent for us for review. After a few feedback sessions we approved the final product.

We worked closely with the point of contact and sometimes had meetings with their creative team as well.

The point of contact is very proactive and always kept us in the loop on the production. They were always available to answer our questions and we were in touch at all times.

They were very creative and not afraid to explore new ideas. They were full of energy and motivated.

We had to send the same feedback a few times. That is maybe something we also could have communicated more clearly since we sent the feedback without the reason behind it. When we explained to them the reason why this feedback is so important for us they understood it and implemented it correctly.

Our app allows users to produce amazing video content for different purposes with the help of ready to use templates. We collaborated with SLON Media to create new templates for our Mix screen panel. The main goal was to create a particular number of video templates monthly. Those templates had to meet the requirements of our target audience (social media influencers, businesses, creative experts) and at the same time would be easy to re-use and edit.

We found SLON Media in the list of creative agencies and left a request to work with them. Their project manager contacted us quickly and communicated with us in real time, so we chose them. We also checked their recent projects and enjoyed what we saw.

As mentioned above, the project manager contacted us and we started communication immediately. During the get-to-know session we described our tool, its unique features and requirements to future video templates. Also we provided all the requirements for the project and guided how to use KineMaster for implementing videos inside the app. The SLON team asked thoughtful questions, it really helped us to describe all the project’s aspects. Then we defined an approximate budget and timeline. The team quickly coped with the design creation and were open to communication and feedback. They provided updates for our review in a short time.

The initial communication was held by Helen, we immediately found common ground with her. We collaborated with SLON for a long period of time and managed to work with several project managers. Most of all we would like to express our appreciation to Dmitry, he has shown himself to be a true professional. We also worked with the motion design team.

The video templates created by SLON are successfully received and published inside of our app’s Mix screen pannel. Currently all users can see video templates of SLON by typing #slonmedia in a Search bar. Video templates are getting downloaded and used by our ussers. Another point was the duration of our collaboration. We can say that our work with SLON is taking the form of a long-term partnership.

The SLON Media team is not only professional, but also easy to get on. It was important for us to find common ground with our vendor, and with SLON Media it came out naturally. We were based in different countries and had a big time difference but I have never felt problems with communication or long reply from them. Me mostly communicated via google email and meet. SLON team was asked to provide a particular number of video templates monthly and we had a strict deadlines to review them and give feedback for the team. They responded immediately and were open to provide any changes we needed. As soon as we established all the processes, the workflow became flawless.

Apart from great communication, which I've already written about, we like their vision and design solutions. And we appreciated their punctuality and customer-oriented approach.

We are satisfied with the video templates we got, they meet all the requirements. Possible area of improvement is project timeline. In the beginning, there were some issues with deadlines, but now that we have established processes, SLON delivers all tasks in time.

We started with a discovery meeting. SLON Media got an information about project and then created ten scripts for us. We made one itteration of scripts, then we received creatives for a month as they were ready. Some creatives were accepted immediately, some were edited. The vendor always responded promptly to questions and made changes. At the end, we got all the creatives and sources conveniently sorted into folders. Then we phoned the account manager and shared feedback about the work. We'll be happy to work together again!

We worked with an account manager who outlined the project, kept us on schedule and sent creatives. After each milestone we would give him feedback.

Creatives are waiting for their turn to be tested. We are pleased with the quality of the creatives and hope that they will show good marketing results.

We communicated with the manager via messenger. Creatives were provided on Vimeo, they could be commented on right there. They worked according to a clear timeline. If there were shifts in terms, the manager warned us in advance.

Sometimes there were small technical flaws in the creatives. But in general, this did not spoil the impression of the work.

We got some good initial feedback from our community, and we are launching Kickstarter with the video in September.

Project manager Anna was incredible (see above). We used Telegram, she posted frequent updates, addressed our feedback in timely manner. We could totally rely on her for the best results and the results were better than we could imagine!

SLON Media consisted of true creative professionals with strong execution and project management. Our work was seamless, enjoyable and the outcome was phenomenal.

SLON performed all the UX/UI design, and frontend/backend development on Laravel.

Their marketing strategy was built from the ground up; we outlined our goals first. Together, we decided to include email marketing activities, SEO optimization, and PPC in the strategy. The team established a regular cadence of communication, guided us through each step of the process, and provided a regular reflection over time. The team also handled marketing content production.

We collaborated with their performance marketing department. The principal point of contact was the account manager, who handled most of the communication.

There was an increase in time spent on the site - more pages were viewed and more time spent on them. Of course, the biggest benefit is the tremendous increase in leads.

SLON team always responded quickly. I think one of the most useful aspects of our collaboration is that there are regular meetings that allow us to keep track of the progress of the work and adjust the strategy if necessary. Our meetings definitely contributed to the effectiveness of our collaboration. The meetings were also punctual and all the work was accomplished on schedule.

We hired SLON Media to make a website for the new App Community SDK – A-Mates, which provides a turnkey solution for mobile app development: an in-app communication plugin. We didn't have a clear idea of what our new website would look like. Our primary goal for the site was to communicate clearly the utility and significance of our product. Additionally, we would like the web design to be a little informal in order to stand out from our competitors without causing that cliché impression

Following our meetings about the concept, they started working on the UX and UI design. They made the emphasis on the illustrations in a hand-drawn style. By using a bright color palette and animation on the icons, they achieved a friendly and informal look for our website. Following our approval, they constructed the front-end design and integrated it with WordPress' admin panel. They added lots of customizable blocks so we can easily make changes in the website content if necessary.

The SLON team develops content plans with lots of different formats and offers creative concepts. As well as implementing content production for graphic visuals and animated videos.

Their team is also involved in shooting situational content during ISL’s seasonal competitions. We receive regular reports on the process and the results from the SLON team. Another partnership direction is publishing content on our website – ISL.global. As part of our Influencer Marketing, the SLON Media team communicates with athletes as opinion leaders in our industry, develops ideas for interactions with them, and develops technical assignments.
