We start with the organization process. Together with the team, we came up with a concept for the video that was later developed into a script. In the case of this project, we went with animation. Motion designers created a dynamic 2D animation that tells the viewer how our service works step by step and how we provide customers with a lead gen team and help them to acquire new customers. We did a few rounds of edits for the final video before we got the ready results.

The SLON team is pretty familiar with the gamedev industry and the current trend so concept development went smoothly. They took the idea and came back with a storyboard that we accepted immediately. They put together a video out of assets we provided and gave it a motion. They also created a 3D environment. The editing took longer than expected but at the end of the day, we were satisfied with the quality of the result.

From month to month, the team performed this work impeccably, thanks to which the client's account took the 1st place among the brands of accounts on the social network tiktok in Belarus.

She was responsible for all project documentation, answered our questions and shared the data with colleagues to set up campaigns.

A1's account has reached 56k subscribers and is currently the leader among commercial accounts within the TikTok platform. Our collaboration is still ongoing.

Not a single issue was ignored. I think this is one example of healthy synergy between agencies.

People are unique in any company. It is very pleasant when this uniqueness manifests itself in the most positive sense of the word. Their specialists are not only professionals, but also pleasant, responsible, and proactive people. It is not scary to share even the most fastidious customers.

We wanted to create a teaser video for our project that would allow our community to get excited for the release of our project.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found the vendor through Clutch, and I selected Slon based on the case studies they had on the website. It looked as though they were skilled at completing videos similar to what we were looking for. Budget was also a factor in our decision as they were the most competitive for that factor.

The video is based on us announcing the release of our project. It starts off with a dragon in the distance and it zooms into it's eye where it then opens and awakens. The video then pans to other blockchain cryptocurrencies which are then burnt into ash. This ash then forms an egg which represents our indexes, and then cracks and opens. Finally, the shot ends with our brand logo and tagline being the final frame. The process was easy to work with Slon on.

We had a script idea in mind as well as some reference material and they made some suggestions for the script which we then agreed on. From there we paid a deposit and the work commenced. Slon provided us with a project plan and provided snippets of the video throughout. The process was very iterative and we had plenty of opportunities to confirm that we were happy with the colour scheme, the style of the video and the general direction of the project.

It felt very easy to work with from start to finish. Once the video was delivered we were still able to make various minor requests which was great.

I worked with the account manager and had direct messages sent to me from the producers via the account manager. The feedback process was very iterative and easy to work with. I had plenty of opportunity to give feedback and Slon responded with accepting changes or making recommendations back to me which I then either agreed with or further discussed before making an agreement.

The outcome was to get a video that generates excitement and interest and it certainly met that criteria. We had shown this to the community and they've been very excited by it.

Both videos were delivered meeting the 20-day deadline, when the industry standard is 5-7 weeks for similar work.
