We needed quality development resources at a reasonable cost. Our research led us to Sloboda. They had wonderful on-line reviews and after meeting with similar companies it was clear that we had found a partner in Sloboda.

We were able to outsource a few developers from Sloboda. Initially, we had planned to use Sloboda to help build the product only. The resources were so competent that they also helped us improve our initial design.

It was very easy to onboard and integrate Sloboda resources into our company. Not only did they help us build two products, they also improved our release process.

The majority of our communication is with Slack and Google Meet, which can present its own challenges. Fortunately, it was never an issue. We had developers in overlapping time zones and were able to communicate with them and review their work on a regular basis.

Honestly, we expected a lot when we started working with Sloboda. The resources they provided exceeded our lofty expectations. They were also very responsive and knowledgeable.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Sometimes we had to reconcile some bills with our own system, but it was a rare occurrence.
