we had a lot more online enquiries from potential hirers as they were able to find and answer in detail our online contact form and we were able to capture so much more event information without having to ask 1,000 questions

In order to measure the success of skyrocket, we measured the following: 

User Experience (UX):

• Bounce Rate: A lower bounce rate indicated users are finding the site engaging and easy to navigate.
• Average Session Duration: Increased time spent on the site suggests a positive user experience.

Brand Alignment:

• Brand Recognition: Surveys measured brand recall and recognition post-launch.
• Consistent Branding: Audited to ensure consistent use of brand elements across the site

Content Strategy:

• Content Engagement: Metrics such as time spent on content pages, number of pages viewed, and social shares were increased

Functionality:

• Feature Usage: Tracked usage of key features like contact forms, search functionality, and e-commerce transactions.
• Task Completion Rates: Measured how effectively users can complete tasks, like finding information or making a purchase.

In the intial stages of the project, we discussed the timeline moving forward. Bear in mind the timeframe included the New Zealand summer shut down period. Each check-in and deadline was met either on time or early, and any delays that occured were due to our own shut down period. The skyrocket team was very prompt in their replies and offered different options throughout. Their key deliverables were met, and little to no micromanagement was needed on our side.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Samantha was a delight to work with, she showed initiative throughout the process as well as educating our team along the way on why she was doing things. That was a fantastic added bonus as it made justifying the project that much easier. We could also then measure the impact of skyrocket at a granular level.

Not that we could see.
