We migrated our website over to the new domain before we lost access to the old domain so we didn't lose too many leads.

Projects were delivered relatively on time. I had to speak up to get things moved forward, but once I would push a little, then I would see progress. I needed to project manage myself.

I liked that they were able to learn our systems quickly and add value pretty quickly into the process.

Skyram Technologies promotes our business in the digital market. They run our Facebook and Instagram accounts, working with our team to respond to user comments on our posts. Also, Skyram Technologies' team runs our monthly Facebook Ads campaigns, coordinating the ads and creatives with our budget. We're currently working towards utilizing Skyram Technologies' SEO services, but we haven't started yet.

We work with 3–4 teammates from Skyram Technologies, and our direct point of contact is their relationship manager.

We conducted online research for digital marketing companies in our region. We found Skyram Technologies, and based on their services and pricing, we decided to hire them. Also, their reviews across platforms, including Clutch, were very positive. 

What is the status of this engagement?

Our partnership with Skyram Technologies began in June 2021, and it's ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We're seeing a remarkable improvement in our social media presence because of Skyram Technologies' work. Also, the ads they're running are increasing our website traffic and conversions. Compared to our competitors that are also marketing in the digital space, we're seeing drastic improvements in our presence. 

How did Skyram Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

Skyram Technologies stays within our budget. Also, there have been very few delays, and none of the delays have impacted our overarching deadlines. Anytime I provide feedback, their team incorporates it quickly. Skyram Technologies' team shares regular reports on their progress as well. We communicate with Skyram Technologies through phone calls and emails.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I haven't worked with similar companies to Skyram Technologies, so I have no one specific to compare their services to. However, I appreciate the connections they establish with their clients. Skyram Technologies regularly interacts with our team and responds well to our feedback. They consider all variables to ensure that our digital marketing is a success.

I have nothing for Skyram Technologies to improve.

I'd recommend Skyram Technologies to any firm looking for digital marketing services. Customers should quickly incorporate Skyram Technologies' suggestions to ensure they see improved digital marketing results.

We brought Skyram on to help us initially to augment our team with web development when we have multiple projects. Over the years we have leveraged Skyram's team multiple times to augment our staff and have actually had them take point several times to design and develop websites together. While it was initially staff augmentation they have become a valuable member of our team.

We searched for several web development companies that were capable of working with our team and augmenting our staff. After trialing three different companies to see how well we communicated together, met deadlines and deliverables we found Skyram to be the most consistent of the bunch and developed a mutually beneficial business relationship.

Again, we have worked on at least 20 projects with Skyram augmenting our team and each one was unique. Typically we define a project scope, deliverables and with all design, iterate to the final deliverables. While most projects have been web development we have leveraged their team to write custom applications, social media support, print design and SEO.

We work directly with their lead project manager and allow Skyram to manage their team and workload appropriately.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Skyram has met every deliverable we have requested. As a holistic marketing agency our projects typically include multiple deliverables. Where Skyram has been involved in a given task they have met our needs to support our overall set of deliverables with every account they have worked on.

We collaborate through messenger services, video conferencing and recorded videos. Response is always same day on typical working days, mostly during normal business hours but sometimes we do work with them off-hour. They are extremely responsive.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Anytime you bring in a sub-contractor the most important asset the sub can bring is frequent and clear communication. I never have to guess where they are with our deliverables or any tasks we have assigned to them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We have contracted Skyram on 20+ accounts and that continues to grow. We are extremely happy with their delivery.

We were trying to migrate an existing website to a new, updated form of technology.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired Skyram Technologies to help us migrate a website from WordPress to Webflow. They were also tasked with helping us redesign the site and getting it up to the newest form of technology to help our client to continue to grow and scale.

Our internal team actually did all of the design work. We provided Skyram Technologies with all of the specifications and requirements as well as access to all the design files and the assets. They then went to work right away and implemented the new design very quickly.

We’ve worked with four people from Skyram Technologies.

I found Skyram Technologies through a freelancing platform. They had really great reviews so I decided to reach out to them. Communication and timeline were our top priorities for this project, and they had fantastic communication and they were able to get started very quickly.

We’ve spent somewhere around $15,000 so far.

We started working together in March 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We don’t have anything tangible yet, because we weren’t really aiming for increased conversion rates or website visits. We were just trying to output a certain amount of work and deliverables, which ultimately comes down to the end client who owns the site.

How did Skyram Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

Skyram Technologies has the best project management I’ve come across so far. They’re very organized — I have one point of contact, who disseminates what we’re looking for to the rest of their team. They all then get assigned their tasks, and all I have to think about is whether the work is done or not. They also provide me with daily updates and follow up with me a lot. Overall, working with them has been a breeze.

We primarily communicate through the freelancing platform.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Skyram Technologies are actually experts at what they do. I’ve worked with other companies, and they weren’t able to execute to the same level of detail and precision as Skyram Technologies.

I didn’t actually know that until I’ve worked with Skyram Technologies — they showed me some of the previous work that we completed with other parties and they showed me what things were done wrong and how they could have done it better. This made me realize just how much they know in this space.

I don't have any critique or feedback for them. I’ve really enjoyed working with them so far.

Make sure that you have a very clear scope of the work that needs to be done. You just need to have good communication with them, and everything will continue to go forward as planned.

I am the owner/operator of The Closing Phase. We do staging, design, spatial planning, packing, organizing, decluttering and most aspects of selling a home or design for personal enjoyment.

We decided to use Sandip (Account Manager) and his team because he helped my nephew with his website and other things. Dustin(my nephew) gave him a rave review and we have been 100% satisfied as well.

We used Sandip for website design and linking us to different social media platforms. Not sure exactly what or how he did what we asked because this is not my wheelhouse. But he and his team have helped us trouble shoot, or have just done what we asked! Everything is working great!

I know that Sandip, kaushik and their team have worked on projects, but our point of contact has alway been Sandip. He is the account manager.

We are getting noticed more and more, our client base is growing and we get amazing reviews about our website!

Well, TCP is in the USA and you guys are in India so there was always a delay on time frames being Half way across the world. It has never affected us. Sandip and his team were excellent on communication and always got back to us promptly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

That they executed everything we asked for being 1/2 way across the world with different time zone. Amazing!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Any problem, issue, something we wanted changed or needed to be addressed on the website was handled very effficiently and professionally! I can only imagine how challenging it can be working with different people, countries, languages and different knowledge bases. I have been very satisfied, and will continue to use you!

We had a kick-off meeting where Sandip understood the vision and what would be needed in the MVP. He built the front end, admin portal, and backend.

Sandip was/is my contact and had been quick to provide work updates. About a dozen others have worked on the project but I did not interact with them. It was nice to have just one point of contact.

The MVP site is up and functioning and we now move into developing the site into something more substantial. I have full confidence in Sandip and his team moving into this next phase.

Our website was in serious need of an upgrade. After overpaying an agency to bring our website from Squarespace to Webflow, we were sorely disappointed. Then came Skyram Technologies

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched for affordable web developers with experience in Webflow. We needed someone that could work fast and had an eye for design without me needing to micromanage them.

We already had a setup in Webflow but we needed over 10 new pages built. Throughout this buildout, Sandip and my team got very comfortable with trusting one another with the design. As time went on, less granular communication was needed.

Just one, Sandip. He is the project manager. This made it very simple to get things done.

Now we begin working on SEO and Advertising so to say there was a site visit increase or decrease % wouldn't be fair either way. I will say that now I finally feel comfortable making an effort to drive prospects to our website.

For a relationship that started over Upwork, we mainly communicate over email now and just use Upwork for the billing portion.

Their ability to take out design, improve it, and continue working without much supervision is impressive. That allowed us to just focus on the product images and copy.
