We are a real estate and property website in Nigeria with property listings for sale, rent, and lease. We needed the kind of strategy to add more value to our brand. Our goals were to:

• keep up with local and regional market activity and industry news
• research active, pending, and sold listings
• review the daily MLS Hot Sheet or Activity Report
• complete, submit, and file paperwork, such as real estate documents, agreements, and records with the proper state agencies
• plan and coordinate appointments, open houses, showings, and meetings with clients and other real estate agents
• develop marketing plans for listings and creates fliers, newsletters, and other promotional collateral
• respond to incoming emails and phone calls Update websites, social media profiles, and blogs

They proposed to us that they will carry all our team along with a workshop and brand steps growth strategy. We loved the idea they proposed.

Lead generation. Generate leads through an agile website that was developed to suit our brand.

The appointed project manager who also happens to be the full-stack developer was our main contact person during the project development phase.

Nothing much. Their creativity tells it all. In general, The customer relationship aspect was well satisfactory, clear to details and presentation.

They are not just professional; they are also very talented. They have their own built-in way of communicating, from In house SMS from them with the branded subject and throughout was Google meet and emails

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

50% for tutorial materials on how to update our website and 50% for training us on how to make updates on our own was just too impressive we could even understand some code line at the backend.

We have achieved brand awareness and organic traffic on our website.
