We have onboarded skillforte for digital transformation in the business processes and develop a paperless environment. The major deliverable was a stable ERP deployment to automate our customer onboarding process including custom financial reporting for the business visibility.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Customer onboarding process before deployment of Odoo was not less than two weeks, but after the deployment 1Stop Formation LLC has an automated lead generation process which assures the same onboarding process within 36 hours.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

As a Business man they have helped me understand the technicalities and built a system which solved and improved the processes. I was amazed to see the first draft they have sent me by listening to my business needs and how beautifully they converted them into the technical requirements. 
They have made me realize that they might know more about my business needs than myself. It was never easier to work with anyone with that clarity much of the requirements as a service provider as they do.

I think they should make training demos instead of on-premisses/Online training sessions for my team to adopt the ERP more easily. Demo videos/tutorials can be easy to learn and rewatch and learn.
