Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We love working with Jen and Ryan.  We have been with them for 7years as not just clients/PR but also partners.  We started about two years prior to that, working on projects together, and including them being involved as we searched for a space for Heritage.  So about 9 years in total.  Several nice synergies, as we believe that as they add to their portfolio, then it is more exposure for everyone.  

Also having them represent, not just restaurants, but artists, the West Town Chamber of Commerce, and others gives them a breadth of experience and capabilities.  We also have seen connectivity with their other clients as a huge benefit to us.  As a seven-year-old restaurant, it might be impossible to be where we are without their direct involvement in strategy combined with placement in media.  And we see a variety of placement from print, online, and TV.  

They are an integral part of the team here as Jenny also serves several functions inside the restaurant and does a great job handling social media and newsletters.  Ryan is great as the media outreach.  On the spot photo work from them as needed over the years has been great to have other perspectives than our in-house team.    

I would hands down say hire them, embrace what advice they give, and trust that they will always have your goals and objectives as the highest priority.
