They use basecamp as a project management tool. I found the team to be highly communicative and timely, and exceeded expectations overall.

The level of service did not decline after the onboarding period, which is a consistent issue with 10+ other agencies I've had. Our account reps stayed the same through the entire project timeline and they went above and beyond to integrate with the internal team and achieve our efficiency goals.
