Although the team maintained regular communication, there were instances where we would have appreciated more frequent updates on the status of the project. This would have helped us stay more informed and involved throughout the process. Additionally, although the project was completed within the agreed-upon timeline, there were a few minor delays during certain stages of the project. 
Clearer expectations and more proactive communication about any potential delays could have helped manage our expectations more effectively but we think also this because we had unclear parts from our side and some changes from our managements. Overall, while there were some areas for improvement or different approaches that could have been taken, our experience with Simplix Innovations was positive, and they remained dedicated to delivering a high-quality multilingual eCommerce online store.
