We have weekly meetings to define goals, report on progress with measurable/tangible deliverables and/or metrics. The thing I am most impressed with is the group's ability to not fall in love with the original plan (or have a one-size fits all approach to digital marketing) but to take each meeting as an opportunity to assess progress, listen to what the metrics are telling us, and either adapt the existing plan or change it entirely based on real data.

The best part about this team is that they drive the project. I have worked with several digital marketing agencies in the past and never have I seen a group drive the process as much as Simple Tiger.
