We have weekly meetings to define goals, report on progress with measurable/tangible deliverables and/or metrics. The thing I am most impressed with is the group's ability to not fall in love with the original plan (or have a one-size fits all approach to digital marketing) but to take each meeting as an opportunity to assess progress, listen to what the metrics are telling us, and either adapt the existing plan or change it entirely based on real data.

The best part about this team is that they drive the project. I have worked with several digital marketing agencies in the past and never have I seen a group drive the process as much as Simple Tiger. My role has been one to review, provide feedback and approve. It's the best. In every other experience (with their competitors), I have felt as though we needed to drive the bus.

I feel like we've outsourced our marketing team to include a CMO, SEO expert, PPC expert, and Website expert. Every member of their team and especially the two founders have our business' success as their core purpose.

They are growing and adding new team members, so there has been some adjusting to new people along the way. With that being said, this has been an almost insignificant issue. Any minor feedback I have given is immediately addressed with the entire team. They pay attention to all of the small things which have a big impact.
