We have weekly meetings to define goals, report on progress with measurable/tangible deliverables and/or metrics. The thing I am most impressed with is the group's ability to not fall in love with the original plan (or have a one-size fits all approach to digital marketing) but to take each meeting as an opportunity to assess progress, listen to what the metrics are telling us, and either adapt the existing plan or change it entirely based on real data.

The best part about this team is that they drive the project. I have worked with several digital marketing agencies in the past and never have I seen a group drive the process as much as Simple Tiger. We started working with SimpleTiger LLC in August 2023, and the website is finished. However, we are still working with them to build out our online presence.

Since working with SimpleTiger LLC, we have seen an increase in website traffic of 100%. A few of our keywords weren't ranked when we started, but we now have a few keywords that have moved up to the top 10. We've also had a lot more website clicks than before.

SimpleTiger LLC is on top of everything, and we have constant communication via Slack, monday.com, and email. The team delivers on time and responds well to our needs.
