Simple Wev Solutions was chosen to undertake Telmaco's new website. Telmaco's old website was 15+tears old. The project took alot of time since content was searched thought the company;s projects over the 50 years. Simple Web Solutions created a short video - from archives - in order to show it to an international exhibition (IBC 2024), and the new Telmaco's logo.

The deliverables were not an easy task especially since Telmaco wasn't ready with providing final information. It wasn't Simple Web Solutions responsiveness the issue as much as Telmaco's.

We are a complex family business, running projects in 3 different continents. Our projects come first and we foud it difficult to follow Simple Web Solutions' time frames.

Simple Web Solutions built a fully customized WordPress platform that supports multiple program types, including in-person courses, retreats, and online trainings. The project included the implementation of a dynamic course management system, Stripe payment integration, booking and checkout functionality, and integration with our external learning platform (Teachable).

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The main outcome was the successful launch of a new website that significantly improved the user experience and booking process for our yoga programs. The platform now supports structured course pages, a streamlined checkout process with Stripe payments, and clear separation between in-person programs, online trainings, and workshops.

The new system also allows us to manage content more efficiently from the backend, making it easier to update courses, pricing, and program details. In addition, the integration with our online learning platform ensures that students can access their training immediately after purchase, which greatly improves the overall customer journey.

Overall, the project provided us with a much more scalable and professional digital platform to manage and promote our programs.

Project management was very organized and professional throughout the entire process. Communication was clear and consistent, and they were always available to discuss technical details, provide updates, and guide us through decisions.

They were also very responsive when adjustments or additional features were needed, and they handled complex technical tasks with professionalism.
