Simple Solutions was chosen as part of our initiative to take our business to the next level. Prior to our engagement with Simple Solutions our business was primarily run from a physical location within a jewelry store. Upon starting our journey to e-commerce, we looked for support from consulting agencies to assist us on this move. 

Simple Solutions was ideal for our project due their local presence and their proximity tour physical store. We were able to evaluate multiple e-commerce solutions and at the end resorted to working with Shopify as the e-retail platform for the business. Being a Shopify Partner, Simple Solutions assisted in what was aimed to be a relatively simple Shopify implementation that had ramifications within our retail and our wholesale businesses. 

Since our initial engagement, Simple Solutions has helped by executing certain tasks and referring partners to help in marketing and other areas of the business. We can confidently say that since our initial engagement, we have been position to scale with a set of tools that grows with us. We keep Simple Solutions as consultants, recognizing their expertise in e-commerce and the several tools that can be used.

We engaged Simple Solutions to undertake the development of a brand-new website that would incorporate 800 Degrees' fresh branding. The primary objective was to create a user-friendly platform that enables visitors to easily locate the nearest restaurant in their vicinity. The project had a demanding timeline, requiring completion within a span of just 3 weeks to align with the company's rebrand launch. 

The website was developed using WordPress and boasts a completely customized user experience (UX), user interface (UI), and design for both desktop and mobile platforms. One of the key responsibilities assigned to Simple Solutions was integrating a store locator plugin and customizing it to align seamlessly with our specific design requirements. Additionally, the website needed to meet ADA compliance standards through the incorporation of a third-party application. 

Key deliverables of the project included: 

• Development of a completely new website aligned with 800 Degrees' new branding. 
• Implementation of a user-friendly interface enabling visitors to find nearby restaurants easily.

In the beginning of the engagement, Simple Solutions was hired to complete the development of an e-commerce portal for one of the brand’s franchisees in Chile. The site was to be developed in Magento and in multiple languages in order to service the market. 

The Magento portal was also integrated thoroughly with the client’s POS system to accurately update and sell inventory. In following engagements, based on the success, Simple Solutions was engaged to produced technology solutions to position within our displays at retail locations in LATAM. 

Fossil was promoting the sale of smartwatches at the time and Simple Solutions developed an interactive display that allowed physical customer to play with the watch experience while on location. Simple Solutions also developed an iPad experience that collected data from our customers upon usage. We were able to generate a database and custom experience for shoppers.
