For the first project, Shriv was provided with a word game app with a very specific and new principle which required the ability to access words in a random fashion dependent upon letters input by the player and with 4 difficulty level with each difficulty level having a different set of rules as to which random words could be accessed. Shriv had to develop the game in two formats: for solo play against the computer (AI) and for inter-human play. 

Shriv also had to design a back end that could register all the players and rank them by age, local location, national location, and international. Shriv also had to develop an English dictionary so that it could inform the players of the meanings of the words played. The only word game ever to do this. Shriv also had to develop a bespoke storage area for each individual player, which displayed the words that the players did not know along with their meanings. 

For the second project, Shriv was given card and board game ideas to first graphic design and then printed and shipped over.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I had regular WhatsApp video meetings with the CEO, Atul, during which I could see not only the progress of all our projects at any one time but also discuss any concerns with his team and actually see the work in progress with a zoom window directly into his offices. The transparency was very encouraging.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The CEO assigned a project manager with whom I could connect at any time (as well as himself), generally by daily WhatsApp requests. As they were in India, I would get work progress by the end of their day (often as late as 8pm their time but 4 p.m. my time), and I would analyze their work in my evening time and have amends, corrections, and suggestions ready for their 8 p.m. start. It worked very well.

I was impressed with their transparency and visible effort to satisfy the client and get work done ASAP, generally transmitted by the CEO himself (Atul) but also by the project managers,
