They have delivered this website within a time and they have also provided us a valuable suggestions which were helped us a lot to improve the UI/UX experience of our website. Within months after launching of our website, we saw a remarkable increase in traffic of our website.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Project Manager has already defined the different milestone at the starting time of the project and they have stick with their schedule by completing all the milestones in defined deadlines. Their communication was excellent and even all of our feedback were resolved in maximum 24 hours which we liked the most about their working style.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their technical knowledge of coding structure, coding standards, and UI/UX design complexities was great. The way their hear us and put their inputs to make our project successful is what I find very much impressive about them because I believe you will not get these qualities in every vendors.
Are there any areas for improvement?
We were quite happy with them and ended up with getting a accurate delivery of our website thus I don't think there are any huge improvement needed.

The workflow between our teams is smooth. We have daily standup meetings to give updates and allocate tasks. We complete a sprint every two weeks.

The most impressive thing is receiving their realistic input and vision. Their understanding of our product is also commendable.

We haven't faced any difficulties. Of course, there is always room to improve and make the product better.
