We communicate via weekly meetings, email, and WhatsApp. We move fast and would appreciate a more efficient way to share information, but the current arrangement works.

The team goes out of their way to help us, even if the tasks are last-minute or exceed the scope. They know our customer base and do not shy away from critical feedback. Our company is better off today because of Sherlock Communications. They are an invaluable member of our team.

Everything was delivered on time, Sherlock has an active communication with me as marketing process owner in Latin America. Quick and accurated responses are usuall on Sherlock, also, their planning stage is great due that allows all the teams to align and give the best of each of the teams.

The level of results they can deliver with a good planning and commitment from TMF Group. PR campaigns needed to be worked thogether (client + agency). 

After we alinged the teams everyone was commited and informed about what we were doing and aiiming to achieve and having the vision aligned in both companies (agency + client) dirves great results always.

Sherlock Communications is really committed and also gives the best to understand the business needs that we have.

• Strategic planning: Development of brand messaging, press content themes, media kits, and content calendars, including biannual updates and KPI definitions.
• Press Office & Media Relations: Creation and distribution of monthly press releases, proactiva media outreach, interviews coordination, and editorial calendar monitoring.
• Office Opening laung (Panamá City): En-to-end media support for the office launch, including message development, media list creation, post-event coverage, and on-site PR team support.
