Measurable outcomes The influencer campaigns delivered strong visibility and engagement across key markets, demonstrating effective audience reach and content resonance. In Brazil, for the Franuí Free launch campaign, we achieved a total reach of 1,289,882 users. The campaign generated nearly 100,000 engagements, reflecting a high level of interaction and interest from the audience. Overall, the content contributed to increased brand awareness and strengthened Franuí’s positioning as a viral, premium snack in the market.

With the the objective of promoting this test, a series of launch events were organized at the UK Embassies in Costa Rica, Colombia, Chile and with a partner in Peru. Sherlock was hired to support and accompany activities oriented to promote the launch events in the main media outlets in each country.

We hired Sherlock to help us with new markets post-acquisition. They have been our partner in PR efforts, link building, and digital marketing for several months and we have been blown away by their success. Our PPC rates are higher than we’ve ever seen and we have more traffic coming to our website from the new markets than anywhere else. 
Within weeks we had dozens of media pickups and soon had interviews and full features in the press. They create unique, region-specific content that fits with our brand and overall messaging with little to no edits from us. We had them do a full audit of our website and they have gone through the painstaking process of fixing thousands of broken links and errors, not just on the Spanish and Portuguese versions but on all pages of the site.

We work on multiple projects. For the outreach project, we submit deliverables every month based on our key targets. Sherlock proposes outreach opportunities to us and we review internally and Sherlock takes care of the outreach process. Another project we collaborate with Sherlock on is content production. Typically, we request each piece of content we require including details such as keywords and internal links but Sherlock have supported us with this on some occasions which has proven work well.

Since collaborating with Sherlock our rankings have steadily improved for highly competitive keywords. Sherlock has also supported us with gaining top rankings for predictions and informative searches with their high quality of content around key events such as the Champions League final and World Cup Qualifiers.

Karen is a great communicator and keeps us up to date on the progression of our projects regularly per email. This agency is putting the clients satisfaction first. We have had support when we required the compiling of additional data and keyword research and a great level of flexibility when we requested changes to working processes.

They're very client-oriented and forthcoming with supporting on all fronts.

I'd be happy to recommend this agency for any projects around link building, PR and SEO content production.

We have seen some fantastic results, especially for the digital PR campaigns that Sherlock has supported us with. For example, in a recent campaign about the best foreign language films we have seen coverage in high-profile newspapers and magazines in Brazil. I'm really impressed by the caliber of coverage the team has secured.

We have regular bi-weekly catchups, there is regular reporting, and our primary method of communication is email.

I liked that the team was flexible and willing to take extra steps to create great campaigns and get results. They are open to ideas and feedback and also know what works well for the PT market.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would suggest that the team considers using Slack as a communication channel. This would provide a much smoother and quicker way to communicate. I've suggested this in the past but the team is not open to this.
