Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Owner of Competent Nursing Staff, Llc, a Supplemental Healthcare Staffing Company. Specifically, Dialysis trained staff. We are located in New Jersey.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire The Shark Group ?

We were looking for a company that could help take our company to the next level. We wanted a fresh new look and design. We hired The Shark Group to help assist in elevating our company.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to work with a company to redo our branding and color scheme. We wanted to incorporate the experience working with and for Competent Nursing Staff, Llc.( both employee and patient experience) into our brand and colors. The Shark Group totally nailed it!

How did you select this vendor?

We wanted an experienced company that was both personal and professional, that was backed by genuine staff, and that take pride in their work. We wanted a company that treated their work as if it was for their own company! This was not an easy find, but more of we were lucky to get to work with them.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

Professionalism is what I got from the start with The Shark Group! Introductory call is established and meeting the team is next. Collaboration from this point is what we experienced between all team members of The Shark Group. Real-time spreadsheets are shared so you know exactly where the whole team is in a time frame, as well what can be expected next. Again, I cannot express the collaboration of our company and The Shark Group. It’s truly what separates them from other companies.

What was the team composition?

The Shark Group team consisted of 4 front line individuals. Each and everyone of them were always on point, had knowledge of what had taken place and what the next steps we’re going to be. RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our company will follow up with real results in the near future. As of today, everyone that has seen our new brand and color scheme absolutely loves it and truly admires our new colors.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The collaboration between us and The Shark Group was worth the amount alone. It’s really hard to find a company, let alone a team that takes genuine pride in their work as if it was for their own company. At anytime I could send an email and was certain to get a response within hours or less. The team was receptive to any changes or criticism provided and diligently work to make it right. No hassles, no attitudes, simply professional.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Collaboration has to be the most impressive asset of The Shark Group! It was truly a stellar experience and everyday they made us feel as if we were their only client!

Are there any areas for improvement?

As with any company, there are always ways to improve. For The Shark Group, my only advice is to keep doing what they're doing and scale it, as not many companies have the work ethic that your team demonstrated! It was a game-changing experience.
