We are pleased with the deliverables of Shaligram. They got all the deliverables correct. Business and end users also happy with the partnership.

Quite effective. We had daily calls with their team and my team.

They always had alternate solutions to make it work. If one developer could not get it working, then another developer would jump in and ensure the solution is achieved.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Sometimes they would forget to update few of the styling. For e.g. fonts and alignment of buttons would get missed quite a lot. Suggestion would be to make to check all the fonts, allignements, colors etc across all the pages.
