These are just a few of the members but the entire Shakuro team is fantastic.Are there any areas they could improve?Shakuro’s communication could improve regarding proactiveness. I’m aware creativity isn’t something that works on a fixed schedule, and although communication happens regularly through passive means like Slack and Figma comments, active communication is tougher when dealing with different time zones. Although this hasn’t been problematic since we really enjoy Shakuro’s abilities and processes, there is a time zone difference beyond our control, and having more direct communication as complex features are addressed would help expedite solutions.Do you have any advice for potential customers?Share your needs with Shakuro and prioritize what is critical for your project and for the process.
