I’m the owner of a sportswear company that provides fitness clothes and workout programs.

What challenge were you trying to address with Shaibit Solutions?

I wanted to remodel my entire e-commerce website because I needed a new look. I needed to work on the logo and different landing pages. I also needed help with marketing to reach my target audience.

The team reworked my Shopify platform, making changes to different pages and added an area for product reviews. For marketing, they helped me run ads through Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat, which could reach my target audience.

We started working together in October 2020. The site went live in December 2020, but I still plan on working with them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Shaibit Solutions significantly improved my website. The sales on our site increased within a few months. Before working with them, I had no sales. Now, I’m seeing between 4,000–5,000 sales every two weeks.

How did Shaibit Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

From a project management standpoint, they perform very well. I pay attention to the details, and they follow and execute very well. They even gave me tips and advice on marketing. Their team is also reasonable.

We communicated through phone calls and text messages. We sent photos and content through emails.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed with the quality of the website. I’m not great at web design or anything in that field. When I saw the details they put into my site and how unique it looked, I felt that it was one of the best websites I’ve seen.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their response time could be a little bit faster. They could also be more specific about deadlines, but overall, it’s great work.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would refer them. They’re a great company to work with if you’re starting out. It takes time to build something to life, but when it’s all finished, you’ll have one of the best-looking websites.
