Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We hired SFC Group to design, develop, launch, and maintain LIVRA.bg, as well as to create the platform’s complete brand identity and manage its digital marketing. LIVRA is a responsive online platform that connects people looking for sports activities with trainers and sports clubs. The technical scope included requirements analysis, UX/UI prototyping in Figma, platform development, testing, deployment, and ongoing technical support. The solution was built using WordPress and WooCommerce, PHP 8.1, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, HTML5, Tailwind CSS, and a MySQL/PostgreSQL database. The platform includes separate user roles and dashboards for trainees, trainers and sports clubs, and a super administrator. Key deliverables included user registration and profile management; searchable listings of trainers, clubs, and sports activities; filters by sport, location, date, time, level, and availability; activity and trainer profile pages; calendars and schedules; and booking and cancellation functionality. Trainers and clubs can create and manage both recurring training sessions and one-time sports activities, including their location, price, duration, capacity, level, available places, and cancellation conditions. They can also manage participant lists, waiting lists, attendance history, and activity schedules. Users can view upcoming and previous bookings, track their booking status, receive system notifications and reminders, and join waiting lists when an activity is fully booked. Additional technical deliverables included online payment and subscription functionality, Google Maps, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, reCAPTCHA, newsletter functionality, legal and GDPR-related pages, a blog and content management system, and an administrative structure for managing activities, trainers, locations, users, bookings, partners, and subscriptions. SFC Group also created LIVRA’s logo, brand book, visual identity guidelines, tone of voice, slogan framework, and corporate presentation. Their ongoing engagement includes website maintenance, security and functionality checks, plugin and component updates, backups, performance optimization, content updates, and monthly technical reporting. They also manage LIVRA’s content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, as well as paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok, including strategy, audience targeting, creative design, copywriting, analytics, campaign optimization, and performance reporting.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

LIVRA was successfully launched on May 29, 2026. Within its first few months, the platform onboarded approximately 20 trainers and sports clubs, published more than 50 activities across Sofia, the Sofia region, Varna, and Burgas, and attracted over 50 registered users, with around 10 bookings completed through the platform. Most importantly, LIVRA has recently started generating organic bookings from users whom we had not personally invited, demonstrating growing visibility and genuine market interest. Every deliverable—from the platform and its brand identity to the ongoing technical and marketing support—was developed with professionalism, attention to detail, and a clear understanding of our goals.

Throughout the process, we worked as one unified team, almost like a single organism, with shared responsibility for the project’s success. They delivered the main milestones within the agreed timeframe and responded promptly whenever we raised a question, requested a revision, or identified a technical issue. They remained flexible as the concept evolved, listened carefully to our needs, and translated our feedback into practical solutions while continuing to provide reliable support after the platform’s launch. The team managed its responsibilities reliably and met the agreed deadlines, while any occasional delay in the process was related to my own availability or decision-making.

Their capacity to manage platform development, branding, technical support, and digital marketing within one coordinated ecosystem made the partnership particularly valuable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something SFC Ltd. could have done differently?

I cannot identify any areas requiring improvement. The entire process ran smoothly, and communication with the team was exceptionally easy and effective. Through their work, SFC Ltd. builds not only successful projects but also long-term partnerships and genuine friendships, which is why I confidently recommend them whenever I see an opportunity for them to add value.
