The delivery was on time, the budget was met, and the requirements to deliver a HYVA compatible age-verification module was met. This project was on time and on budget and the final product worked perfectly.

We searched and found these guys who looked familiar to what we needed. They quickly understood our needs and started the project.

Whole conversation goes on email which is very confidential for us. We described the problem, the guys came with a first suggestion, we tried, adjusted, then tried, adjusted again and afterward we just tested the functionality. For me it was fantastic because they are quick and they do what you need.

It was just one guy, but maybe there are other people in the background, but we never met or talked to them.

We launched our website just 1 day ago and one functionality working amazing for us. Another one will be Live tested from our customers and I´m sure it will work same way.

If they finish, they contact you. Then we test and ask for improvements. They fix it again and we test again. It goes in this way until we are happy, which is most important.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have made two different features from two different apps. I´m not a developer but I think it is not easy if you are not familiar with something that you never did. But these guys managed it in a very professional and best way.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think they should prepare a step by step guide for the customer. So you know what to toggle or set or adjust. I think also at the beginning they had no clue who we are and what we do. During the project they understood what we are doing. It would be much easier for them if they talked with the customer about our business.

But they are fast learning and maybe researched online. However if you identify customers business and they are asking for something, they could easier compare the competition and see how others implemented this or that feature :)

Our website was created 5 years ago and we decided to migrate over to Shopify. Work has been done in-house but we needed to hire developers to help us create new functionalities for the new Shopify website (rather than using Shopify Apps). By doing this, we were hoping to improve our product pages and get a better customer journey on the website.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. From there, the team started to work on the project and delivered regular updates, asking for approval and feedback. After a few iterations, the team designed and launched the new functionalities.

We were in contact with 2 people but 1 developer was our main contact for the project updates.

We haven't officially launched the new website yet but we were very happy with the team's work.

We had regular updates regarding the project and they sent links for us to review and give feedback. Before of the time difference it took longer than expected but no one's fault :) We mainly communicated via Skype.

They quickly understood the convoluted requirements of the projects which was really appreciated.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As we previously mentioned, we had some communication issues because of we were in different time zones but it worked well in the end. Regarding areas of improvement, I do not think we liked to communicate via Skype but this is a personal point of view.

We used online project management to assign tasks, check code and tasks for quality, and re-assign the task when details were missed or things needed to be adjusted again. For the most part this went smoothly.
