Our initial sales process in HubSpot was set up exactly as scoped, and while we would continue to develop it Set2Close was instrumental in helping us get HubSpot off the ground. So the measurable outcome was the setup and configuration of HubSpot enabling us to migrate to it faster and feel more confident in at as the appropriate solution.

All deliverables were completed on time and they made themselves available weekly with a recurring meeting where we could join to raise any concerns and address blockers. Very prompt responses to any concerns or delays, on either side, always displaying an attention to detail I appreciated.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

You could tell they enjoyed working with each other and were able to communicate effectively internally. I often see fully remote consultants merely ticking boxes and not going the extra mile both internally and externally to help their team members as well as clients solve problems as promptly as possible. That was not at all the case here, quite the opposite.

Beyond nitpicks no. Set 2 Close executed per the scope, did it in an appropriate amount of time and kept key stakeholders looped in throughout the entire process.
