First they did an initial content and website audit. This identified what issues we were facing with our current site and what was holding us back. Once this was fixed we worked on creating the strategy to write quality content and build backlinks to the content to get it ranking and increase the exposure of it.

The results have been great. We have been able to find our target customer and get more downloads and users for our product because of it.

Very effective, they are timely to respond via email and we have a Slack channel to get more urgent communication through just in case.

Their SEO knowledge and technical SEO acumen. I am greatly impressed with the results they can deliver with a small team. It doesn’t feel corporate, we feel like a valued relationship to them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It would have been great to get more volume of topics quicker, this would have been nice but other than that all good.

I’m the co-founder and CEO of ATMOS Financial, a banking services company that provides bank accounts to people looking to fund clean energy, electric vehicles, and other climate-positive solutions.

We mainly work with a co-founder who has taken on the role of a project manager. However, we bring in more people for content creation and specific data research projects whenever they’re needed.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

SERP Agency has been able to help us reduce our advertising costs and introduce more effective ways to grow through content strategy and conversion rates. Several content pieces they’ve created and recommended have successfully ranked on the first page of search results for particular keywords.

In addition, we’ve also experienced a 15%–20% increase in our account completion rate, which is quite a significant jump.

The team is able to deliver their tasks within their deadlines consistently, so they’ve been great from a project management perspective. We use Monday for content creation and typically communicate through Slack and text messaging.

We’re impressed with their expertise, which is the primary reason why we continue to work with them. They’re excellent in terms of research, communications, content creation, and conversion rate optimization.

We had to take over some of the technical aspects of the project in some cases, so they could improve on expanding their knowledge in our industry and field.

I would advise you to think outside the box regarding content creation and be open to SERP Agency’s recommendations that may stray from your initial solution.

We knew we needed to increase our organic presence, but didn't know where to go. Until an ad popped up on Facebook from SERP. After getting hit by testimonial after testimonial from their ads, we finally decided to hop on a call with Sage and his team.

So grateful we did. Since we started our partnership they have helped us increase our organic presence and have helped us generate 10-15+ highly qualified leads per month for our business. Yes! Since working with them they have increased our organic lead flow. Going from about 1-5 per month to now 10-15+ per month! And our monthly MRR by $15k-$20k. It has been a total game-changer and we look forward to continued success!

Since working with SERP we tripled in size. Had to hire a lot more staff and now have a waitlist a mile long for campers waiting to get in. It's been miraculous and the growth has also brought with it some growing pains. We are in the process of investing into more infrastructure on the farm so we can continue to grow with the amount of new business we are getting.

The have really clear emails each month with a nice breakdown of whats going on, the progress, challenges and any upcoming items. There are some nice visual reports they give you that you can look whenever you 'd like. They are super responsive whenever I email Adam I usually hear back in the day.

Their level of understanding about SEO. It's incredible. They seem to live and breath this stuff. Everyone I have encountered in their company is also extremely professional.

I would like some less technical reports at certain times. I can get drowned in the numbers and technical seo words they use.
