We needed to find qualified web software engineers to help us in modernization of our exising platform. The goal was to form a flexible team that will help us release new features.

I got the personal recommendation from a mutual business partner. The deciding factor was comptence in providing staff augmentation services.

They provided six mid and senior software engineers to extend our team. They were responsible for modernizing our platform and adding new features while working in agile environment using scrum methodology. All engineers were working in an international teams and in different time zones.

We made a technical interview with the shortlisted candidates and engaged six engineers. Technical interviews had theoretical and live coding tasks.
