I’m the director of HW Search & Selection, an IT recruiting agency.

What challenge were you trying to address with SeoGuru?

We wanted to get our website to the top of search engines.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

At the beginning of the project, SeoGuru sat down with us to discuss which keywords we should be using to achieve our goals, taking geographical location and other factors into account. They gave us an idea of how long the process would take and what it would look like. The team also provides us with content writers to handle our content production as well, including backlinks.

Once our plans are implemented, they provide us with reports so we can see our progress.

I worked primarily with David (SEO & Link Building Specialist).  

How did you come to work with SeoGuru?

I found them online. They were high up in the search engine, and so of course that helped our decision.

How much have you invested with them?

Over the years, we’ve spent around $25,000–$30,000. It varies depending on what we’re working on, but they’re quite competitive with their price.

What is the status of this engagement?

I’ve been working with them for several years.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

SeoGuru got me to the top page of the search engine, and I’ve definitely received a lot of business as a result. On the whole, the team is very good at what they do and very honest. A lot of companies don’t tell the truth about how long SEO work can take to produce results, but SeoGuru let us know right off the bat. The team is straightforward, down-to-earth, and produces good results.

How did SeoGuru perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management skills are one of the best aspects of working with them. They’re always available and communicative. We stay in touch over phone, email, and Skype, depending on whatever is easier in the moment.

What did you find most impressive about them?

SeoGuru’s honesty and integrity set them apart. They’re very good people to work with and great communicators.
