Extremely Disappointing Experience Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I recently hired Web Design Marvel for a website project, and the entire experience was far from what I had expected. Here's why I cannot recommend their services: 

1. Lack of Communication: Throughout the project, there was a severe lack of communication. They rarely responded to my emails or calls, and when they did, it felt like I was bothering them. 
2. Missed Deadlines: The project was delayed multiple times, and it took much longer than originally agreed upon. This not only caused inconvenience but also led to lost opportunities for my business. 
3. Poor Quality: The quality of the work they delivered was subpar. I had to point out numerous issues and inconsistencies, and even after multiple revisions, I was not satisfied with the final result. 
4. Unprofessionalism: I was taken aback by the unprofessional behavior of their team. They didn't seem to value my business and treated my project as an afterthought. 
5. Overcharging: To make matters worse, the final invoice was higher than the initial estimate. They charged for additional work that was not clearly discussed or agreed upon. 

In conclusion, my experience with Web Design Marvel was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I strongly advise potential clients to thoroughly research and consider other options before choosing their services. Your time, money, and project deserve better treatment

It would have been helpful if they could have presented the information in a more accessible and easy-to-digest format for our team.
