We were mostly looking to increase our clientele. Our location is not the best — we’re actually situated within a hospital, so we don’t have a storefront. We wanted to boost our presence and inform our audience of all the services we offer.

Pulling from analytics reports, Joey has shown us how much our business has grown since we enlisted their support. We’ve received more phone calls, compared to the same time last year — despite external challenges like COVID-19 or the wildfires here in Oregon. Our previous provider charged us $2,000 a month, so to get more results while paying significantly less has been amazing.

They’ve been awesome We can text them if we need to, just on a whim. They’re very good about getting back to us quickly. They’ll even give us advice outside of their scope of marketing, which we appreciate. I feel that they really do go above and beyond.

We met him locally, so it’s always nice to support local businesses. On their side, I’d highlight that they’re exceptionally organized. They’re also flexible in that they’ll do whatever it takes to encourage our success; they’ll even work with other vendors we’ve used. They clearly don’t overcharge us for anything.

No, I can’t really think of anything. I’d especially recommend them for smaller, local businesses.

They remain in close communication for support as we implement the roadmap toward an expected 3x increase in website traffic from non-branded keywords. Although we haven’t started implementing the roadmap, we’re very confident they’ve set us up for success with the right moves to make and tools for how to get it done. We’re looking at website traffic from non-branded keywords, AI visibility, interactions with our Google Business Profile (website clicks, calls, directions), plus technical audit issues like reducing 404 error pages, duplicate title tags, and meta text.
