At the start of the partnership, they sent me a document with the potential keywords I can implement to increase my rankings on Google. Once that was approved, they created a plan to make my website more accessible and from there, it’s been a monthly service of optimizing my website’s ranking through their SEO service.

I essentially gave them free reins to work on organic searches through Google AdWords to help me rank on the front page.

Since partnering with SEO Expert Gold Coast, I’ve had a lot of people find and reach out to me through Google inquiring about my services. If they hadn’t pushed me to utilize reviews on my company, I’d be losing a lot of potential business.

They’re basically the only SEO company I’ve ever worked with, but their communication and responsiveness are excellent — they’re quick to answer all my queries and concerns. 

We typically communicate through email and when I need something urgent, I’d give them a call.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What I initially liked about them is they didn’t feel like a salesperson trying to sell me their products. As the partnership progressed, I became more impressed with their communication skills because they’re always there when I need them.

There’s really not much they could improve on because everything they do seems to work.

We were on the first page of google for many of our key words within 3 months of working with SEO Expert Gold Coast. We gained more corporate enquiries and became a huge competitor in our industry. Our enquiries have never been better.

Very quick to respond. Email communication is best for our business and have never had an issue receiving feedback and monthly reports.

I'm not the expert therefore I shouldn't be expected to know the SEO lingo. This company spoke our language and gave advice we could understand. We never felt like were being ripped off nor did we feel like we were a number. Very personable and friendly.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

One of our sites has 15 keywords we need to rank for, and we’ve been able to rank first or second since they’ve been involved. The other site has five high-level keywords, and most of them are already on the first page of search results. They’ve also helped us increase our DA across the board.

Justin is very easy to have discussions with and he’s very accessible. We communicate mostly by email and they always provide ranking information in a timely manner.

It’s nice that they add a personal touch; we know we’re not just a number in a database. It’s what we look for and it’s why we continue to work with them.

We provide bitumen contract services to both business and private clients. I am the business manager who handles marketing, IT, accounts, banking, and all other aspects of the business administration.

We needed a new website with full SEO and ongoing support to ensure it continued to service our needs without failing us. We needed someone ethical and honest as we had been bitten before by others who clearly did not have our best interests at heart. We needed all of our google advertising and other social media platforms to tie in and be managed by the same person and use those to boost our internet presence.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals were to reach google rankings well exceeding our competitors, build a website that outranked our competitors in terms of performance even without paid advertising should we chose that path, streamlined and reliable email and website performance, and fuss free management each month.

After speaking to Justin I was confident of his ability to provide all of the above. I did speak to a few others but felt that he was the best fit in that he seemed to be able to provide an all encompassing service to suit our needs.

Instantly Justin went to work to get us out of the situation that we found ourselves in in that we had lost access to our site and email due to a disappearing act from a prior vendor. Services provided are SEO services, Web design and build, management of google advertising, trouble shooting of all and any IT, social media matters, maintenance of website and protection from nasties.

What was the team composition?

As I understand it the team consists of Justin who was and remains our main contact, Amy who works closely with him in management of the client base and a staff who work at specific tasks under Justin's care.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The site performs exceptionally and his constant attention to our ongoing needs has paid off. Our website hit the ground running with instant google rankings like we had not seen previously. It then increased it visitors by 284% in the first 4 months. 2 years later it consistently performs at number 1 in approx 8 keyword searches and top 5 in a total of 26.

Our phone has never rung so much and our business has grown exponentially as a direct result of the work that Justin and his team have done and continue to do.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project was managed between myself and Justin. I always feel that having just one person on each side communicating is best. Each of us then filtered up and down thru our teams. I consulted with the director here in our team as to what the specifics were and areas of the business that he is best placed to know.

We had a meeting as well with Justin just to make that connection however otherwise all other communications were via phone and email. Justin acted swiftly and effectively to get us up and running whilst we worked toward our new site as well. He communicated effectively and the work was done to specifications.

They are absolutely dedicated to providing the best service possible and an outstanding outcome. It is clear that they care about their clients.
