Yes most projects were delivered within the timelines. With many projects there are always those unseen challenges that occur from time to time and I can confidently say that they were handles very efficiently and professionally. Their response to our issues were always within the stipulated SLA.

Some smaller tasks were forgotten and had to be mentioned multiple times but besides this the team was very professional on time and delivered quality work
