I’m the creative director for a company that builds software for handwriting recognition.

We needed a company that could help us as we went through a rebrand.

What was the scope of their involvement?
Over the course of a year, Selene Marketing supported us with our entire rebranding process, from changing our name and logo to redoing our website. We even had a mascot by the end of it.

We worked with Cassandra (Founder & CEO) and Pete (Sales Account Manager).
How did you come to work with Selene Marketing?
Selene Marketing was much more professional than our previous vendor. They had competitive pricing, and I liked what they’d done before, too. The difference was night and day.
How much have you invested with them?
Our billing was under $10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project lasted between January 2019–January 2020.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We were very happy with what they delivered. They’d made a little hedgehog mascot for us that we really liked, and the logo looked great. They also completely redesigned our outdated web pages.
How did Selene Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?
The project management was professional. It’s so hard to find a web design company that gets things done on time these days. But, Selene Marketing did everything on time—some of it done ahead of schedule.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Besides their timeliness, they had good prices and were easy to work with. It was nice how they explained everything in layperson’s terms so that people who didn’t know about websites could understand.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t really know what they could’ve done better.

I’d highly recommend going with Selene Marketing and would partner with them again.
