Seek them paid great attention to our goals and worked hard to grasp our brand. They then showed us a number of distinct and imaginative logo concepts to choose from. We had the opportunity to provide suggestions and request modification to the final design until we were happy with it. The final logo design files in high quality and vector forms were the primary deliverables.

Their customer service was 10 out of 10. They were super quick to respond and very helpful. They provided advise which is what we needed at times and also sometimes chasing us which was great as agency life can be very busy. SeekThem always provided and met the estimated time frames.

Sign off process was very smooth, all the deliverables were correctly placed in Zip file and we were very happy to see the site live in shorter timeline.

They used slack as their communication platform and Jira as their project management tool. All the tasks correctly aligned with the team with their correct status on Kanban board. They achieved the deadline almost every time when we worked together.

Their approach towards the client. They are always polite and ensure you get the best experience in the market. And most importantly they build right solution for you.

I believe I had the experience with them above my expectation so not able to find any improvement area.

They designed an user-friendly app where our users could use our finance services. We already had a website. But this app brought so many new users to our business. There were no bugs and the app was very smooth. We saw a lot of increase in the number of users after this app was developed. Choosing SeekThem for this app design was the best decision.
