The first step for Scaleuphero was to identify people with the right profile on LinkedIn and reach out to them to generate interest. They then conducted short qualification calls to clarify key aspects like motivation, network, and cultural fit. If the initial call was positive, a second call was set up where we jointly discussed the potential pilot phase, conditions, etc.

This was followed by the contracting and onboarding stage, where Sergiy provided valuable support based on his extensive experience working with partners.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within a few months, we had over 15 calls with qualified candidates, resulting in one contracted partner and several promising candidates in the pre-contract stage. The team was proactive, consistent, and reliable. Initially, I wanted to delve into their process, but I quickly shifted my focus to the results.

It all started with a consulting stage where we jointly evaluated different options for entering the Swiss market. Then the Scaleuphero team suggested an Ideal Partner Profile and set up a semi-automated outreach system via LinkedIn and email, including the ongoing list-building. Finally, I participated in a major conference in Zurich to meet new and existing candidates for a sales partner. Scaleuphero not only helped us find a partner but was also instrumental in their selection and engagement process.

How easy everything was to set up and get running. They are proactive and efficient. Essentially you can "leave it to them" to do the heavy lifting. Communication is also super easy.
