They did this by looking at the strengths and weaknesses of the current platform, making it more user-friendly and intuitive, optimizing performance and loading times, and adding a powerful search and match algorithm.

They also took extra steps to make sure our data and transactions were safe and secure, and made sure it worked on all devices and browsers. The end result? A revamped platform with a better user experience, faster loading times, and a better search and match engine.

Thanks to SCALER, we've been able to see real results for our rideshare ecommerce site. In the first few months after we got it back up and running, we saw a 30% jump in DAUs and 20% more successful rideshare matches. Plus, with a better UI and faster loading times, we saw a 25% drop in bounce rates.

My name is György Szabó, CEO of P.O.P Ltd. We are wholesalers of sugary products, more precisely chocolates, biscuits, cakes and candies.

We have more than 4000 partners nationwide, who are delivered from our central warehouse, from our webshop and through our sales partners.

We worked together on a custom ERP system development, an integrated B2B webshop and a mobile application to help the everyday work of our sales partners.

We were looking for a partner who is not only professional in software development, but has a business approach. A team that is able to understand our business processes and can deliver a product that suits them perfectly, therefore gives an added value to us.

The first phase was the familiarisation through interviews. The CodingLab team could meet us, and get familiar with our processes, they took part in our everyday work.

When the needs were already clear, we started the development phase. There were several sprints, so we got the app step by step, following the agile method. Thanks to this the final product gives a really good solution to our needs.

In this project, for it was very important to have only 1 server side and 1 database for the 3 different interfaces (web app, mobile app, B2B webshop). For the mobile app it was crucial to function also in offline mode there, where there is no internet connection.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

In the new ERP we can see, manage and analyse every process in one system, which is fantastic. Everything is measurable, faster, the system is more stable. All in all our efficency is one a higher level, therefore our result is much better.

We used Trello and Slack for communication. We had a PM meeting each week, a project follow up each week, the development phases were followed up online on a really efficient way. I we had further question, the CodingLab team was available for a phone call anytime to help us.

They are really deeply digging into the details to make the best shape of each part of the product.

Besides their work, we also had several tasks to do. It would have been useful to know these tasks in advance for that we should have planned it into our workflow and everyday work.

They also added new features and functions to make it easier for patients and healthcare workers to interact with each other. They also optimized the app to make it faster and more responsive, so it would load faster and stay up and running. The end result was a totally revamped mobile app with better security, more features, and better UI/UX that met our needs.
