ScaleMeUp handled the full design and build of both our main website and the client area portal, creating a complete digital setup that really reflects who we are as a company. The website was designed to feel polished, modern, and high-quality, with a clear focus on what matters most, showcasing our games, supporting recruitment, and making it easy for partners to get in touch. It’s fast, easy to navigate, and built in a way that we can scale and update it as we grow.

Alongside that, they developed our client area portal as a secure space for partners to log in and access everything they need, from game sheets and certificates to marketing assets and roadmap updates. It’s organised into clear sections and designed to be simple to use, while still feeling premium and in line with our brand. Overall, it’s made things much smoother for both our team and our partners.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project led to a noticeable improvement in how we present ourselves and work with partners. The new website gives a much stronger first impression, with a more polished and professional feel that better reflects the quality of our games, which has helped build credibility with both potential partners and candidates. We’ve also seen a smoother user experience across the site, making it easier for people to find what they need, whether that’s exploring games, applying for roles, or getting in touch.

On the client side, the new portal has made a big difference operationally. Partners will now quickly access and download everything they need in one place, which has reduced back-and-forth and made communication more efficient. 

Overall, it’s helped streamline internal processes, improve partner experience, and better support our growth as we scale.

Their project management was excellent throughout. They demonstrated strong time management and delivered items on schedule, keeping the project moving at a steady pace. Communication was clear and consistent, which made the whole process feel smooth and well-organised. They were also very flexible and receptive to feedback, always willing to adapt and refine things to suit our needs where possible. 

Overall, they were very easy to work with and made sure the project stayed aligned with our expectations.

What impressed me most about ScaleMeUp was their approach to designing the client portal. Their creativity and practical execution really stood out.

There really aren’t any areas for improvement, we were very happy with the collaboration. ScaleMeUp was professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire project.

ScaleMeUp built a complete website for our company, with each page designed as a standalone landing page optimized for mobile, conversion-focused, and tailored specifically to the U.S. market. They also helped us improve overall conversion rates and integrated the site with key third-party tools to support our operations.

In addition to the website, ScaleMeUp developed a multi-role iOS app that continues to evolve. Thanks to this solution, we are now able to effectively track our employees work and have fully automated our payroll process saving time and significantly reducing administrative overhead.

Throughout the project, we've also worked together on optimizing user flows and integrating new features that support our business goals.

The website is live, the traffic is increasing, and the ranking is getting better each week after the launch. The leads and the sales started are in place as it was expected

The work on developing the website has been done on time, with no delays, and with no hidden fees. I would say there was an extra amount of work done without extra charge, which showed a real customer-oriented approach. There were several sessions for the improvement of what had already been discussed and pre-agreed, and the result afterwards was even better. The communication was fast and easy. Everything was taken into consideration, and nothing was missed i think)

What was the scope of work done?

ScaleMeUp has built two generations of websites for us. The current website was completely redesigned with new objectives and graphics. The team has also done updates on time. The site has a new shopping cart, advanced search filters, and SEO features.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in 2011, when they built the first site. The team built the second site in 202, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The first website became much easier to navigate from the client’s perspective, and it became very efficient for us to operate. The site’s gross sales steadily increased. When the second site was built, it helped us increase sales by 50% and our visibility and integration with Google Merchant.

In the first six months, sales increased by 25%, and gradually grew by 50% in about 12 months. Other KPIs we’ve tracked are the increase in conversion rate, quicker return on investment, and increased website traffic. Employee satisfaction has also increased while working with the new site.

How did ScaleMeUp perform from a project management standpoint?

ScaleMeUp is very responsive and reliable. Denys is a pleasure to work with, and he always delivers projects on time. We communicate through ActiveCollab.

In my experience of working with IT specialists for over 20 years, ScaleMeUp is the first team that has never failed me. They always deliver on time. When there was an issue with the first website, Denys immediately started working on it, regardless of the time or day.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

All of ScaleMeUp’s deliverables have met our expectations, and we’ve seen no weak areas in their work. The main measurable outcomes of their work have included steady growth in website traffic, improvements in conversion goals, continuously growing revenue, and increased brand awareness and recognition.
Specifically, we’ve seen a 10%–20% growth rate in website traffic each year and an average increase of 15% in revenue yearly. We’ve also seen an 18% improvement in the add-to-cart rate after optimizing the product page layout and call-to-action buttons, a 12% improvement in the checkout completion rate after streamlining the checkout process, and a 25% improvement in email signup conversion after introducing a timed popup with a 10% discount incentive.
Additionally, we’ve seen a 30% increase in product page engagement after adding video demos and FAQs and a 20% improvement in mobile purchase rate after implementing a mobile-responsive design and faster loading times.
