Justin spent countless hours working alongside us asking questions about who our ideal client is, where we want to go as a company and what makes us who we are. He mapped our progress so we constantly had a look back. We had a timeline and stuck with it. Justin provided us with numerous logo designs and was super patient with us.

We have a new logo, wording and a website.

Justin spent an incredible amount of time just listening to what we were looking for and asking questions that helped us to shape our brand. Once that was done, he came up with a complete brand package that blew us away.

Not that I can think of. If you are just starting out or are years into your business, I would highly recommend having Justing take a look at your branding and website and work with you to tighten up or create your content. You will not be disappointed.

They helped me build an investor deck, custom email templates and branding work. This included lots of detailed work and communication. They were excellent in response time and listening to our needs and vision instead of just telling us what they wanted to do. They became a part of our team during this project.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Yes, we successfully launched our new brand, completed the deck and started using immediately and have seen our marketing calendar and quality increase drastically.

They were on time and highly responsive. If I had questions I was able to text or email and they were prompt with a reply. I was big on expectations being clearly set so I could hold them and my team accountable and those were laid out clearly in the beginning and met.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were clearly a company that cared. I have been billed for talking to design companies before with general questions that got rounded up for a billable hour when I just called to ask a question. SC was a incredible value and worked hard to make the billed hours count which means a lot. I generally don't trust design firms, but they were honest and the output and cost aligned fairly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something ScaleCraft, LLC could have done differently?

I gave some feedback on a kick off call meeting and they improved quickly.

ScaleCraft was hired to evaluate my company website and provide guidance on what changes should be made. All of the pages were redesigned, and included new graphics, layouts and updated copy. Additionally, I was given access to all files for the graphics, including resizing of the company logo.

ScaleCraft stated that they would complete the project within 2-3 weeks and they delivered. Communication was great and Justin provided exactly what I asked from him.

ScaleCraft has years of experience doing high quality work, but I find the relationships that Justin has with their clients to be what makes the services stand out.

No. I am very satisfied with ScaleCraft, LLC, and I will work with them again. I'll also be referring their services to others.
