Key deliverables included the website design and layout, development of service and information pages, mobile responsiveness, contact and enquiry functionality, clear navigation, integration of our branding and content, and ensuring that the website effectively communicates our rehabilitation services to potential clients, families and referral partners.

The project resulted in a fully functional and professional website that strengthened MeziTouch Rehab’s online presence. Measurable outcomes included improved accessibility to information about our services, increased online enquiries, easier contact with prospective clients and families, improved visibility of the MeziTouch brand, and a more professional platform for communicating with clients and referral partners.

Their project management was very good. They delivered the work on time, communicated with us throughout the process, and were always responsive when we had questions or requested changes. They listened to what we needed and made the necessary adjustments without making the process complicated. Overall, they were reliable, professional and easy to work with.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most was their personal approach and willingness to really understand what MeziTouch Rehab needed. They were responsive, patient with our changes, and always willing to assist. We never felt like just another client, and the final website reflects who we are and the professional service we want to provide.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Savit52 — Web Design & Development could have done differently?

Overall, we were very happy with the service provided. There were no major areas of concern. If anything, more guidance on how we could continue improving and growing the website after completion would have been helpful. However, whenever we needed assistance or requested changes, they were always willing to help.
