The project started with the analysis and design of the integration architecture for WSO2 Identity Server (WSO2 IS). As part of this phase, Savangard delivered key documentation, including the Platform Technical Design and Low-Level Architecture (LLA).

Next, Savangard deployed and configured the system in the Inter Cars environment, tailoring it to the client’s specific needs. Both teams prepared for comprehensive testing, including performance, security, and operational readiness.

During testing, the system initially failed to meet the expected performance of 200 logins per second. To resolve this, Savangard collaborated with WSO2 support and conducted several weeks of intensive optimization.

Following successful testing, the system was launched in production and rolled out across 21 countries, delivering a significant performance improvement for Inter Cars.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project successfully achieved and even exceeded the defined performance target of handling 200 logins per second. Since deployment, the system has been operating without any incidents or downtime. Additionally, the SSO implementation significantly improved user experience by reducing login-related issues. Overall, the solution meets our expectations in terms of performance and stability.

The collaboration with the supplier went very smoothly. Their team demonstrated strong technical expertise and a professional approach to project management. All deliverables were provided on time, and they took the time to thoroughly analyze our environment and requirements to ensure the solution met our needs.
